1. Selective order processing operations
As to break through traditional operations procedures like FIFO and LIFO in ERP configurations, we has defined more options for customers in order to enhance high elasticity and transparency of operations.
2. Regular Tracking inventory movement
Due to unusual movement commodities in warehouse, we had designed an efficient workflow to trace each item movement in warehouse for ensuring the accuracy of customer inventories.
3. Flexible Delivery Packing
In existing delivery packing, one pallet can be used for one order. However, OSC has improved as to offer more options like one order packed in different pallets or different orders packed in one pallet in order to provide multiple delivery packing methods.
4. Mobile warehouse operations
In order to manage goods receiving and delivery, shelving or cycle counting, we had figured out the solutions and developed wireless handheld inventory tracking system to update inventory information through ERP database.
5. Integrated cost and income calculation
For calculating transportation costs and incomes by container lorries, we had developed a user-friendly program to achieve this purpose. With providing certain necessary information, our program can calculate the delivery cost and income precisely.
6. Workers performance analysis
As to keep the service quality better and better, performance review must be carried out at all times. OSC had designed an analysis system called Key Performance Index. With this system, labour performance in daily works such as order handling, picking and packaging, can be maintained and improved.
7. Accurate Planning on Transportation
In order to ensure the delivery order finished accurately and correctly, if the dispatching and route planning are implemented, the transportation quality can be also enhanced. As a result, focused on scheduling, OSC had developed a real-time planning system to manage different regular and emergency situation in transportation.
